We are an 81 bed Medicare/ Medicaid certified nursing facility. Good Shepherd offers spacious rooms and newly decorated private and semi private rooms. All residents are encouraged to bring any cherished belongings to help truly make it like "Home" for the resident.

24 Hour Nursing Care: We have licensed nursing professionals that work 'round the clock along with the residents, and a physician to ensure individualized health care plans for each and every resident.

Alzheimer/Dementia: Good Shepherd provides a protective environment, staffed with trained professionals who offer specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's, Dementia and other related disorders.

Respite/Care: This type of care offers short term care for those who receive primary care at home.

Therapy/Rehabilitation Services: We offer an extensive rehabilitation program that is available to all the residents. The rehabilitation team consists of licensed therapists and licensed therapist assistants that offer the following services:

Our facility is home to in-house pets that contribute a lot to our already friendly and homelike atmosphere.

Family Support Services

Social Services: We have a full time social services department available to assist you with any needs or concerns that you may have.

Business Office: An insurance billing Consultation is available to you. The assistance to help you with the transition into Medicaid.

Good Shepherd provides a private lounge that are available for family gatherings or special visitors.
